ORDERING
01 What is the minimum wholesale order?
Our products are ordered in wholesale box quantities. The required box quantity and the number of units contained in each box are clearly shown on the individual product page.
02 Can I order products from different categories together?
Yes. Products from different DIY, repair and maintenance categories can be combined within the same order, provided the minimum box quantity for each selected product is met.
03 Can I order more than the minimum quantity?
Yes. The stated quantity represents the minimum wholesale quantity. Additional boxes can be added depending on the quantity required and current product availability.

04 How many units are supplied in one box?
Box quantities are displayed on each product page. Many products are supplied in trade quantities such as 24, 48 or 72+ units depending on the number of boxes selected.
05 Can I order individual units instead of a full box?
Products intended for wholesale ordering are generally supplied in complete box quantities. The applicable box size is displayed before the product is added to the cart.
06 How do I calculate my total quantity?
The product page shows the quantity contained in one box. Increasing the number of boxes automatically increases the total number of units ordered.
